What you'll do
Coordinate daily delivery schedules across all routes
Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues
Liaise between drivers, clients, and the operations team
Report on daily performance and operational efficiency
Who you are
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure and great at problem solving
Experience in logistics or operations is preferred
Strong communicator across teams and departments
